About Me
Hi There!
My name is Nicole Trebesch. (Pronounced "TREE-besh")
I am an instructional designer because I LOVE learning and I love helping people! This job allows me to do both!
I use all of my top-five Clifton Strengths to help companies grow and improve through applicable job skill trainings.
How you ask?
Here are my top 5 strengths and how I use them as an instructional designer:
Achiever: I work hard and get satisfaction from achieving my goals. I use my internal fire and drive to complete tasks and get things done.
Individualization: I instinctively observe what makes people tick. I observe their strengths and I pull out the best in each person. I am also able to vary my approach with different projects to reflect each individual company's wants and needs.
Learner: I love to learn what the subject matter experts (SME) have to teach me. I love to pass on that learning to the employees.
Futuristic: I can see what the final learner outcome looks like and where we want the employees to be at the end of training. I also use this strength to design forward-looking plans.
Relator: I can understand other's feelings, goals, fears, and dreams and find great satisfaction in helping each company reach those goals and dreams.
And when I am not working?
You can find me spending time with my husband and 3 kids. I also love camping, fishing, baking, sewing or just relaxing and reading a good book.
