These two job aids were created to accompany the infinity pump 101 course for a home health agency.
They were created with the intention of being printed and placed right into the name badge sleeves that the home health aides and nurses wear each day. This way, the information is right with the employee when they need it most.

Job Aid - Preparing Customers for Guinea Pig Ownership
This job aid was created to accompany a course for a pet store.
It was created with the intention of being printed and placed into a binder. The pet store would eventually like to have a one-pager in the binder for each animal in the pet store. When a customer comes in to buy a guinea pig, the employee may use this checklist to help assist the customer.
